I’ve been making my business cards!
Maybe not the most fun part, but it is an important part, and it’s actually been more fun that I thought it’d be.
I decided to go a less-traditional route with my cards and have been making them myself. I wanted to showcase a taste of my art on a small canvas and did just that! I’ve been using palm-sized squares of watercolor paper and painting or drawing on their front, with my contact information on the back.
I’ve intentionally been limiting my time working on each one, but it’s been fun to quickly sketch out inspiration I’ve found and get excited to personally show others what I can do! Who knows, maybe these little tastes will make it to a larger canvas some day.
This method may be unrealistic as a permanent business card design, but I love the personal touch and motivation it gives me to truly find beauty and inspiration everywhere!
